5 small ways to lose weight healthily!

When it comes to staying healthy, few times are more crucial than the morning. Personally, I think breakfast is a great meal, as it can be enjoyed healthily, say with a glass of milk or a whole grain cereal. Incidentally, cereal itself is a great way of overcoming snacking and food craving problems, but we’ll approach that another time! Below are 5 days to start right, and get healthy!

1) Blend 2-3 portions of fruit in a blender to make a smoothie. Not only can you enjoy experimenting with great tastes but you can approach the day knowing half of your necessary fruit and vegetable intake has been achieved.

2) Get up one hour earlier. This isn’t always easy and it’s sometime difficult to see the direct, immediate benefit on your health and weight loss. But it’s been proven that we’re most likely to snack on bad foods at night. If your prone to snacking, getting up earlier helps you go to bed earlier, and snacking habits can be eradicated just like that!

3) Walk or Cycle to Work or School. A daunting prospect, yes, but the courage to cycle or walk to school can not only have huge fat shredding benefits as quality exercise, but can save money. If you’re not keen on this option, why not walk to a bus stop say 1 kilometre away. Light morning exercise can set you up for an entire day, mentally and physically!

4) Eat whole grain cereal. It’s easy to get off to a bad start with a fat ridden cooked breakfast. In the morning, however, you can be most prone to gaining body fat and a poor meal can leave you tired and unhealthy for a whole day. Having a healthily large portion of a ceral based on bran and fibre can benefit your bodies need for vitamins and folic acid, that can enhance your appearance naturally, whilst also avoiding the grease and fat of bacon and sausage.

5) Morning Exercise. Ahh, morning exercise! Yet another term that instils fear in the general member of the public. I admit, this isn’t for the faint hearted but those serious about quick, fast weight loss should look into the opportunities to go for a quick morning run or cycle. This can truly, I know from experience, leave you upbeat and positive for an entire day. After a week you can truly approach life with a renewed vigour, which can lead to greater ambition and fast weight loss. The emotional benefits are also inherent, created by the positive hormones released by some pleasant morning activity! I admit, you may not wish to change your lifestyle to suit this list instantly, but adopting one step at a time can lead to a revolutionised character ready to shred weight and feel better!
